Welcome and hello there!
I have been a very naughty person and let this site go into the twilight Zone.
The original NOAWP is still running (I think it is) and I was going to upgrade the servers to play the new Global Offensive.
Since it hasn't appeared, I thought I would experience it as a client first then see if it was feasible to have it over at TGG. Don't hold your breath though.
